Being Pushed

I had a bad dream long ago where I saw some strong men pushing me off a cliff. I tried to fight them but in vain. What can you see from this? Regards. - Ptrikha1

Dreams about being pushed may signify oppressing situations which you find hard to beat. The cliff may symbolize the point in your life which can be considered very critical. The strong men pushing you of the cliff represent a situation which is pushing or pressuring you in real life.

Bookstore and Papers

In a dream, I saw myself inside a bookstore and my purpose is to buy receipts. I went to the section where the receipts are but I saw that there are lots of blank papers with different colors. It took me several minutes before I was able to find some receipts. I find it weird because that panel inside the bookstore is supposed to be for receipts but there are more blank colored papers on it. What does this mean? - Leigh

Looking for receipts in dreams may mean that you are looking for financial success and better times. Finding papers in dreams and lots of them on the panel where the receipts should be placed may mean you somehow feel that you're going through a lot of responsibilities and stress while accomplishing something. Suffocation and Being Tied

I wrote you in behalf of my friend. He would always have frightening dreams. In one of his dreams, he heard a church bell ringing and then, a priest who is wearing black came out. My friend's wrists are tied in a rope. Then, the priest approached him on his bed and suffocated him. What does it means? - Anonymous

Dream Interpretation:

Generally, your friend's dream shows signs of anxiety. Hearing the sound of a church bell in dreams signifies that he feels alarmed on something. He may be thinking that something will always take him by surprise. 

The priest who is wearing black may be telling him that he is at a point where he is disturbed emotionally or spiritually, but might be guarding this truth from everyone.

First Love

Hi there. I had a dream and it got me thinking. I dreamed that I am in my first love's house as a guest. It is anyway an old house which boards several families. I don't know why I am there. He told me to stay in a bedroom which is just beside their room.

When I went up to the room, he followed me there as if he wants to tell me something. But then, I had decided to approach his baby who is playing inside his room. I played with the baby and what my first love did is that he gave us some food to eat. I went out of the room and saw that there are commotions in the kitchen and I do not know why. I asked the men there what's wrong but it seems like they do not hear or see me. But up to that point, my first love has still followed me.

I went out of the old house and went back to my own home but to my surprise, the food that my first love gave me and his baby are still with me. I happily showed them to my mother and to my aunt, telling them, "Look, my first love gave me delicious food and his baby is with me." Can you give me a dream interpretation for this? - Zen

Dream Interpretation:

It is very much possible that your first love is still special to you in a way, and that is why you still dream about him. The old house in your dream represents the old times where you are still together. To see that there are many families living in that house tells about confusing situations that the two of you might have experienced when you were still together --- situations that involve things that have been weighed and considered and it could be that they really mattered during those times.

To see yourself talking to some people in that house where it seemed like you are not being heard or seen may mean that you were not able to voice out some feelings then. Somehow, you are longing to be heard and to be noticed but you think that all will be in vain. Perhaps, you have fears then of expressing your feelings. You wanted to understand what happened, why things didn't work out; but you think you are deprived of that chance. You might still be longing for closure.

Being his guest in that house where in he personally asked you to stay in a room beside his own room and the scenes where he kept on following you represents your memories of him that still haunts you. A part of you won't and can't move on. It may also mean that somehow, you know that you have been special to him but both of you knew then that things will never be given the chance to last.

Soiled Clothes and Earring

Hi, there. I had this dream about soiled clothes and an earring, and it got me wondering. In that dream, I saw myself and a close friend of mine. Both of us are wearing soiled clothes that seem to have originated from old Hispanic times. I am wearing a white dress while he, on the other hand, was wearing black. He was trying to place a red-stoned earring on my right ear but he accidentally wounded it. Then, I told him, "see, you made the hole bigger." Do you know what it means? - Ar-K

To see ears and the colors black and white in dreams maybe telling you that you should consider each others views. On the other hand, the fact that he is wearing black and that he is trying to place an earring on your right ear may indicate that he has some doubts about you on something that you have agreed on or dealt with together. Dead Father

I always dream about my dead father but one time, I had this dream where I did not see him for the first time. I dreamed that he and I are supposed to meet somewhere with my dentist friend and he is supposed to have two of his teeth extracted. What I find funny is that my father is wearing a full denture. It is usual for a person to dream about a dead loved one. One of the reasons is because we are missing the person so much. 

The dream that you had where in you are supposed to meet your father somewhere with your dentist friend, but sad to say, you weren't able to meet him, signifies that you may have the strong desire to prevent his death and you were thinking that if only there is something you could do then, he might still be around. You have some regrets about losing your father. Perhaps, you might have lost a huge percentage of your inner strength when he died. That may be the reason why teeth is involved in your dream. 

At the back of your mind, you may be thinking that if you could only turn back time, you would definitely do something to relieve and comfort your father from the burden he felt then.
